Sword COMMAND is the appointed half of Orion's command structure, consisting of an elected DKTC, and 6 other positions appointed to oversee matters of financials, bookkeeping, and command of the branches.
Members
The only elected member of Sword COMMAND is the DKTC, in contrast with the Council of Flagbearers, where all members are democratically elected. Every other member of Sword COMMAND is appointed by the DKTC, and can be dismissed, though otherwise they will carry over to successive administrations.
DKTC
The DKTC is the executive leader of Orion, though to balance out their position, they serve as more of a symbolic and advisory position, outside of their ability to appoint staff. The name stands for the four virtues a leader of Orion must embody - they must be Devoted, Kind, Tenacious, and Courageous to fulfill the duties of their position.
